Totale Estate Sales Company ("Us") utilizes a comprehensive policy for both security and privacy. Our goal is to collect the minimal amount of information possible to allow you to make purchases and send your future offers or notifications.

Business of Registrant Headquarters is located in State of New York USA.  Any reference to "us" "we" "our" is a reference to this entity. We utilize Privacy Shield Protection. As of May 25, 2018, Under the new European Union (EU) Legislation, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Totale Estate Sales for the purposes of data legislation, we are the Data Controller. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data that you provide us will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to have an understanding of our practices regarding your personal data and how we handle it.  

 

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT  

Information you provide by filling in forms on our website ("Site").  This includes information provided at the purchase: Name, Ship to Address, Email and or Phone Number, subscribing to our newsletter or requesting additional product information. Details of your visits to our Site including, but not limited to traffic data, location data and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the and the resources you access. 

3. IP ADDRESSES 

We may collect information about your address including your Internet Protocol Address for reasons of fraud protection. We may also collect information about your device's operating system & browser, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our user's browsing actions & patterns and does not identify any individual specifically.

Our Site uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our Site. This enables us to make improvements to our Site that will help in providing you with a good experience. 

5. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

All information you provide to us is stored on a secure cloud storage system. We use "Shopify" for hosting and "GOOGLE Inc." Gmail Services. Once we have received your information, as "Controller" we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access to your data. In the event of a security breech, those affected will be notified within 48hrs of any detected incident.  

6. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION 

We may use the information we have about you in the following ways: To provide you with the information or services you requested from us. To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts or arrangements entered between you and us. To insure that content from our Site is presented in the most effective way for your devise and working properly. 

To assist you with the completion of a purchase.  
To improve our Site and services.  
To notify you about changes to our goods or services.  
To conduct fraud checks.  

 

7. MARKETING

In addition to the uses described in Section 6, we may use your data to employ a third party organization to act on our behalf, provide you with information about our goods and services which we think may be of interest to you. These will include, but not limited to: Meta Facebook and Instagram, Pinterest,and the like. We will only contact you by email about goods and services similar to those with were the subject of a previous enquiry or order from you.  
In addition to our group companies and partnerships with other social media platforms, your data is also shared with third parties including our hosting companies: Shopify Inc., Go Daddy, and Totale Estate Sales for their own marketing purposes.

 

8. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal information to third parties which will include: Shopify, Paypal Inc, Shopify Payments Inc. Canada, Shopify Payments Inc. USA, Stripe (payment processor) other websites to include: TotaleEstateSales.com, Totale Estate Sales Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest/ If under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to, enforce or apply our Terms & Conditions and other agreements; or to protect our rights, property of safety of our customers, employees or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. 

 
9. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION 

For US Tax purposes, we keep information such as invoices, receipts and records (which may include personal data) for a minimum of 7 years. After that time, it will be destroyed.  

 

10. WEBSITE LINKS

Our Site may contain links to and from the websites of our Partner Networks, Affiliates and advertisers.  Please know that if you follow any links to these websites you are being redirected off our website on to theirs. Such websites will have different Terms and Conditions, and the collection of and privacy of your personal data. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check these websites and their policies before submitting any personal data to them.  

11. ACCESS TO INFORMATION  
GDPR Data protection legislation gives you the right to access the identifying personal data we are holding. If you would like a list of the information we are holding, please send us an email request to: TotaleEstateSales@gmail.com Under this new legislation we have 30 Days in which to respond to your request. There is NO FEE for this request.
