Return Policy






REFUND PROCESS: 
We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however if you are not, these are the next steps. We require that you notify us within (3) days of receipt of the item; and item must be returned with in (14) days. Return shipping with tracking is at your expense. We ask that once you have shipped the returned item, you provide us with the tracking so we can match it up to the item when we receive it.  If you purchased a NEW WITH TAGS advertised item from our store, then it must be returned in the same condition, "New With Tags". We will never charge a "Restocking Fee". We will promptly refund your original purchase, minus any fees your third party payment processor may charge you for the transaction.

DAMAGED ITEM: 

If your item unfortunately arrived damaged due to mishandling during shipping, a claim needs to be made with the carrier, as our packages are insured. You will need to supply us with as many photos of the damaged packaging and damaged merchandise in order to process the claim efficiently and refund your original purchase. 

If we are in the process of working together to resolve the issue AND during such time you also make what is called "charge back" on your credit card, we will be immediately notified of this action from the bank. Once a charge back claim is made, we can no longer assist you directly. The refund process will now be completely out of our hands until YOUR credit card company resolves the issue with our bank on your behalf. Understand that the chargeback process can take 60-90 DAYS while your credit card company investigates your claim and makes a ruling. It's a lot easier and faster to contact us directly to remedy the issue. We can handle the return process from start to finish in a timely manner.

We primarily sell quality pre-owned vintage and antique merchandise.  We guarantee our items are as represented therefore, we do our best to describe items carefully and accurately. We provide photos and note characteristics regarding condition, age, disclose any flaws, and include provenance if applicable. We encourage you to ask questions prior to purchasing and will be happy to supply additional information and or photos.
