Return Policy

We guarantee our items are as represented. All items are sold "As Is".  The majority of our items are genuine antique / vintage and therefore we do our best to describe our items carefully and accurately. We provide photos and note characteristics regarding condition, including any flaws.  We encourage you to ask questions prior to purchasing and will be happy to supply additional information and / or photos. 


If you are not pleased with your purchase, you must notify us within (3) days of receipt of the item; and item must be returned with in (14) days. Return Shipping costs are not refunded. We never charge a "Restocking Fee" on any returns, but return shipping with tracking is at your expense, as it is with other online retail vendors.. If you purchased a NEW WITH TAGS item from our store, then it must be returned in the same condition, "New With Tags". 
If your item arrived damaged due to mishandling during shipping, a claim needs to be made with the carrier, as our packages are insured. You will need to supply us with as many photos of the damaged merchandise and its packaging in order to process the claim efficiently. 

If you are working with us regarding a return & refund, AND you also make what is called "charge back" on your credit card, we will be immediately notified of a charge back action from the bank. Once a charge back is made, we will no longer be able to assist you directly. The refunding process will now be completely out of our hands until YOUR credit card company resolves the issue with our bank on your behalf. Understand that the chargeback process can take 60-90 DAYS while your credit card company investigates your claim and makes a ruling. It's a lot easier and faster to contact and deal with us directly to remedy the issue. We can handle the return process from start to finish in a timely manner.
